Supports the Director of Admissions, Director of Marketing, Vice President of Enrollment and Marketing, and the enrollment management team
with data reporting and analysis. Serve as primary subject matter expert for the CRM used in recruitment, troubleshooting problems, running
reports.
Works with Information Technology Services (ITS) on upgrades and testing. Specific responsibilities include writing queries in
PeopleSoft, running regular reports, analyzing data to summarize trends and make recommended next steps. This role will develop enrollment
report templates for use by Admissions staff, university cabinet, faculty, staff and board members; research and report on demographic,
geographic and psychographic trends identifying growth opportunities or limitations; manage daily CRM application; review, recommend,
develop, implement and document policies, procedures and enhancement to ensure effective and efficient recruitment functionality. This role
will build, monitor, and optimize email marketing and text campaigns within CRM based on institutional data and higher education marketing
trends to get results.
The successful candidate must have a bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science or related field. Experience in the field and requisite knowledge may substitute for the earned degree. Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving aptitude, with training/experience with Oracle, SQL, Access, Excel or other database/statistical software and information retrieval. Experience summarizing data using tables and visual. Experience working in admissions/recruitment at a higher education institution, previous experience with Campus Management or similar CRM platforms, PeopleSoft, or other database software. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability to gather and provide analysis for user requirements and produce appropriate data. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality of data.
